Products are supplied solely for controlled laboratory and research purposes. They are not intended for human or veterinary consumption or administration.
Purchasers must use products only for their stated research purpose. Personal use, consumption or administration is not authorised. We do not provide dosing, injection, treatment or other personal-use guidance. Read our Research Use information and Disclaimer.
Age acknowledgement
The website requires you to acknowledge that you are 21 or older and that products are supplied for research use only, not human consumption. Checkout also records the research-use acknowledgement.
Products and pricing
The catalogue shows available variants, confirmed prices in pounds sterling and availability. Basket totals depend on the variant, quantity and published multi-buy rules. Prices, discounts, delivery charges and stock are checked when an order is submitted.
Orders and payment
Submitting an order creates an awaiting-payment record if the checkout checks pass. Available stock is reserved for a limited payment window. An awaiting-payment order or reservation does not mean that payment has succeeded.
Secure bank payment is provided through Fena. An order is marked as paid only after the payment has been verified against the correct order and amount. Other options, including cryptocurrency or manual bank transfer, are available only when enabled at checkout. Follow the instructions for your selected method.
Checkout status messages describe processing. They do not, by themselves, confirm acceptance, payment or dispatch. If an order cannot be fulfilled, we will contact you and apply the rights and remedies required by law.
Promotions and discounts
Multi-buy and welcome discounts apply as shown at checkout. Standard UK shipping is free when eligible merchandise after discounts totals £49.99 or more.
Free Bacteriostatic Water is assessed separately after merchandise discounts and is subject to the current qualifying threshold and stock rules.
Affiliate commission is 20% of eligible referred merchandise actually paid after discounts. Delivery, free items, cancelled or refunded value and prohibited self-referrals do not earn commission.
Delivery
Orders use the shipping method selected at checkout. Tracking is provided for tracked services. Dispatch and delivery estimates are aims unless expressly stated otherwise.
If your order is lost, arrives damaged or contains the wrong items, we'll arrange a replacement at no extra cost once the issue has been verified. Contact support with your order number so we can review what happened. See Delivery Information for dispatch, charges and parcel problems.
Cancellations, replacements and refunds
Contact us promptly if you need to cancel an order. Our Returns Information sets out the policy for dispatched research peptides, incorrect or missing items, qualifying replacements and refunds.
Statutory rights
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits your statutory consumer rights or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Our replacement process does not remove remedies required by law.
