What are Lynx products intended for?
Lynx products are supplied for controlled laboratory research use only.
Are Lynx products for human consumption?
No. Products are not intended for human or veterinary consumption or administration.
Where can COAs and documentation be found?
Published documentation is available through the Quality Assurance library and from the Documentation section of a matching product variant. Records that have not been published are shown as unavailable.
How does product availability work?
Availability is shown by product variant. A variant marked pending cannot proceed through normal order creation until its catalogue and stock state permit ordering.
How are orders dispatched?
Product pages show dispatch guidance using Europe/London time and the current weekday cutoff. Delivery timing begins after dispatch; full current details are available on the Delivery page.
What payment method is used?
Eligible orders continue to secure bank payment. The Lynx checkout does not ask customers to enter card details.
How can customers contact support?
Email support@lynxpeptides.co.uk for product, documentation, checkout or order support.
What happens if an order has an issue?
Contact support and include the order number when available so the enquiry can be reviewed against the order record.
Can customers return products?
A formal returns and refund policy is not currently published. Contact support about the specific order; the Returns page states the current position without promising an outcome.
How do welcome discounts work?
The current welcome offer provides an eligible new subscriber with a unique code for 15% off a first order. It applies to merchandise only, excludes shipping, is limited to one use per customer and is subject to eligibility.
How is personal data handled?
Lynx uses information submitted for the stated storefront, order, support and email functions. Consent-first analytics and current browser-storage behaviour are described on the Privacy page.
