For safety and quality reasons, dispatched research peptides cannot be accepted back into stock or resold, as their storage and handling can no longer be verified. Any applicable statutory return rights remain unaffected.
Free Replacement Guarantee
If your order arrives damaged, contains an incorrect or missing item, or is confirmed lost in transit, we'll provide a free replacement once the issue has been verified. No return is required for affected peptide products.
How to Request a Replacement
Email support@lynxpeptides.co.uk with your order number, a description of the issue and photographs where applicable. Please retain the product and packaging until your claim has been reviewed.
Cancellations & Refunds
Contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel an order. Cancellation may be possible before dispatch. Where a replacement cannot be supplied, or a refund is otherwise required, refunds will be made to the original payment method.
