Information submitted by you
The email signup accepts an email address. Customer-support links open your email application and do not submit an enquiry form through the Lynx website.
The current checkout form asks for the details needed to create an order and continue to secure bank payment.
Storefront browser storage
The basket stores product variant identifiers and quantities in local browser storage so the basket can persist between visits.
Research-use acknowledgement and email-offer display state use session browser storage. These session values are used to manage the experience within the current browser tab and are not permanent account records.
Email signup records
When the email signup is submitted, the normalised email address is sent to the Lynx server endpoint and recorded with its subscription status and source.
No public unsubscribe control or published retention period is currently defined on the storefront. For a current support enquiry, email support@lynxpeptides.co.uk.
Orders and checkout information
The checkout interface asks for an email address, name, UK delivery address and research-use acknowledgement. Online checkout is currently unavailable, and the current browser checkout flow does not submit these details.
The server-side order architecture is designed to record customer, order-item, delivery-address and acknowledgement information when order creation is enabled.
Cookies and analytics
The current storefront code does not set cookies and does not include a customer analytics provider. Product catalogue and published documentation data are loaded from same-origin website files.
