XNYL RESEARCH LTD is the data controller for the Lynx Peptides storefront. For privacy enquiries, email support@lynxpeptides.co.uk.
Information you provide
We collect the information needed for the service you request. Email signup uses your email address. Our contact form asks for your name, email address, enquiry category and message, with an optional order number.
Checkout collects your name, email address, UK delivery address, basket contents, delivery choice and research-use acknowledgement. These details allow us to create and fulfil your order.
Orders and checkout
Prices, discounts and totals are checked before an unpaid order is created and available stock is reserved. Private customer, order, reservation and operational records are stored in Supabase.
Optional address suggestions use Google Places. The address text you enter is sent to Google, and selecting a suggestion requests its address details. Your name, email address, basket, prices and payment information are not sent to Google for this feature. You can enter your address manually instead.
Payment information
Fena receives the information needed to initiate and verify secure bank payments. We retain payment-provider references and status with your order. Lynx does not ask for card details.
Other payment options may appear when enabled at checkout. Cryptocurrency payments use NOWPayments, while manual bank transfers use the payment reference and instructions supplied with the order. Payment records are used to confirm the amount received and match it to the correct order.
Accounts and affiliate information
Account access uses Supabase authentication. Affiliate applications include your name, email address, preferred display name, optional website or social-profile link, promotion description and acceptance of the programme terms.
An approved affiliate reference may be recorded with an order to calculate and review eligible commission. Affiliate status, commission and payout records remain private. Affiliates do not receive customer details.
Support enquiries
Support messages are validated and rate-limited by our server. Resend processes the submitted contact details and message to deliver the enquiry to our support team. We use the information to answer your question and investigate any order or delivery issue.
Email updates
Email signup records your email address, subscription status and signup source. Resend delivers requested welcome and transactional emails using the recipient address and message content.
You can withdraw marketing consent by emailing support@lynxpeptides.co.uk or using the unsubscribe control in a marketing message when one is provided. We may retain a suppression record to respect that choice.
Cookies and browser storage
Your basket uses local browser storage to remember product variants and quantities between visits. Session storage manages research-use acknowledgement, account sessions and the display of the first-order offer.
Your analytics choice is stored in your browser. Google Analytics 4 loads only after you accept analytics. It helps us understand visits, sessions, traffic sources, device categories, approximate country or region, product interest and steps taken before checkout.
Checkout names, email addresses, delivery addresses, postcodes, phone numbers, welcome codes and payment identifiers are not sent to Google Analytics. You can change your choice through Cookie preferences. See our Cookie Policy for more detail.
Delivery and fulfilment records
Order records may include tracking references, carrier and service details, dispatch times, fulfilment notes and packing or dispatch photographs. A photograph may show the parcel and its delivery label.
These records help us fulfil orders, investigate delivery claims, prevent fraud and resolve disputes. Packing or dispatch photographs record that stage of fulfilment. They do not prove that delivery was completed.
Security and fraud prevention
We use limited technical and derived identifiers, including client and delivery-address fingerprints, to prevent duplicate submissions, protect welcome offers, detect prohibited self-referrals and investigate suspected abuse. They are used for security and affiliate programme checks, rather than public profiling.
Why we use your information
Order and payment information is used to take the steps you request at checkout, perform the order contract and provide support. Legal and accounting obligations may also require us to retain records.
Security, fraud prevention, stock protection and affiliate programme checks serve our legitimate interests in operating a safe storefront. Email marketing and optional analytics rely on consent. Affiliate applications and accounts are used to administer the programme relationship you request.
Service providers
We use Vercel for hosting, Supabase for database, authentication and private storage, Fena for bank-payment services and Resend for email delivery. Google Places provides optional address suggestions. Google Analytics is used only after consent. NOWPayments supports cryptocurrency checkout when enabled.
Some providers may process information outside the UK. Processing locations and transfer arrangements depend on their current terms. Contact us if you need more information about a provider used for your order.
How long we keep records
We retain records for as long as reasonably needed for their purpose, including fulfilment, support, legal and accounting requirements, disputes, security, fraud prevention and affiliate administration. The period depends on the record and the obligations that apply.
Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you can request access, correction, erasure, restriction or portability of your information, object to certain processing or withdraw consent. Email support@lynxpeptides.co.uk to make a request.
