Dispatch schedule
Product pages calculate dispatch guidance using Europe/London time and a 14:00 cutoff.
On Monday to Friday, before the cutoff, the storefront displays same-day dispatch guidance. After the cutoff or at weekends, it identifies the next eligible weekday for dispatch.
Delivery timing
A dispatch date is not an arrival date. Royal Mail Tracked 48 has a 2–3 working day delivery aim. Royal Mail Tracked 24 has a next working day delivery aim and is not guaranteed.
Shipping charges
Royal Mail Tracked 48 costs £3.65 and Royal Mail Tracked 24 costs £4.65 for the current small-parcel checkout configuration. The selected charge is included in the order total at checkout.
Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed by 1pm is not currently offered because authoritative packed shipment weights are not yet available.
