Dispatch

Eligible orders placed before 4 PM on a working day are dispatched the same day. Orders placed later are processed on the next available dispatch cycle. Working days exclude weekends and bank holidays.

Free standard shipping

Standard UK shipping is free on eligible orders of £49.99 or more after discounts. The selected service and any delivery charge are shown at checkout.

Tracking & Delivery Problems

Tracking details are provided once your order has been dispatched.

If your parcel is delayed, lost, damaged or delivered incorrectly, contact our support team with your order number and any relevant photographs. A delay alone does not confirm that a parcel is lost.

Verified lost, damaged or incorrect orders qualify for a free replacement.
