Programme terms
Please read these terms before joining. They explain how referrals, commission and programme access are handled.
How referrals work
Active affiliates can share the referral code or link provided in their protected dashboard. A legitimate referred order is recorded provisionally before it can count towards commission, referral progress or rewards.
Affiliate rewards
Affiliate commission is 20% of the eligible merchandise amount actually paid after discounts, excluding delivery, free items and any refunded or cancelled amounts. Milestone rewards remain subject to approval and product availability.
Customer discount
An active affiliate code gives the referred customer 10% off eligible merchandise. This customer discount does not change the affiliate's 20% commission rate.
Activation and verification
Email confirmation activates your affiliate account and referral code immediately. Referral activity, commission and rewards remain subject to qualifying-order rules. Verified Affiliate status is available after your first qualified referral and is not an external or regulatory certification.
When referrals are confirmed
Paid referrals qualify after seven days if they remain eligible. Approved, payable commissions are processed on a weekly cycle, without a guaranteed payment day or receipt time.
Refunds, cancellations and chargebacks
Cancelled or refunded value may result in commission being adjusted, voided or reversed. Ineligible or otherwise invalid order value does not qualify or add referral progress.
No self-referral
Self-purchases earn no commission or referral progress, including when an affiliate uses their own link or code. Affiliates may use the personal discount available through their current tier. At zero qualified referrals, there is no personal tier or tier-based discount. Bronze begins at the first qualified referral.
Discount and code compatibility
Only one checkout code can be applied to an order. An affiliate code cannot be combined with the Lynx welcome offer, and discounts apply only to eligible merchandise.
Promotion rules
Affiliate promotion must be accurate and must not be deceptive. Misleading claims, fraudulent activity and attempts to manipulate attribution, referrals or rewards are prohibited.
Research-use requirements
Affiliates must preserve Lynx's controlled laboratory research-use-only position. Products must not be promoted for human consumption or human or veterinary administration, and medical or therapeutic claims are prohibited.
Misuse and account suspension
Lynx may suspend or disable programme access for abuse, fraud, misleading promotion, policy violations or other legitimate programme reasons. Invalid or fraudulent commission may be voided or reversed.
